How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 2 business days and delivered within 2–5 business days after dispatch, so most orders arrive within 4–7 business days. Every order is sent with tracking.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard UK shipping is a flat rate of £3.95 per order. Shipping is free on orders of £40.00 or more.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Not at the moment. We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Will I have to pay customs or import charges?

No. Any applicable UK VAT is already included in the price you pay at checkout, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, we email you a tracking link. Tracking updates can take up to 1 business day to appear after dispatch.

What is your return policy?

You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. You also have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. See our Refund Policy for full details.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Email support@dunnezaventures.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund — you will not pay any return shipping.
