Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with every planner you order from Dunneza Ventures. If something isn't right, this policy explains how returns and refunds work.

Return Window

You can return any unused item within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unused, unwritten-in and returned in their original condition and packaging.

How to Request a Return

1. Email support@dunnezaventures.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.
2. We will reply within 1–2 business days with confirmation and the return address.
3. Send the item back to the address below, using a tracked service where possible.

Return Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Original shipping charges are refunded only where required by law.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please email support@dunnezaventures.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs. You will not pay any return shipping for damaged, faulty or incorrect items.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued within 5 business days to your original payment method (PayPal). Depending on your bank or PayPal, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear.

Your Legal Right to Cancel

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason. This legal right is in addition to, and does not limit, our 30-day return policy. To cancel, simply contact us at support@dunnezaventures.com.

Non-Returnable Items

Planners that have been written in, personalised or otherwise used cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
