Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays are processed on the next business day.
Transit Time
Transit time is 10–20 business days after dispatch. Your order is dispatched from our fulfilment partner's warehouse and delivered by a tracked service.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
Shipping Cost
Standard shipping is charged at a flat rate of £3.95 per order.
Free Shipping
Free shipping is available on orders of £40.00 or more.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Tracking updates may take 2–3 business days to appear after dispatch.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Any applicable UK VAT is already included in the price you pay at checkout. There are no additional customs, duties or import charges to pay on delivery.
Delays and Lost Parcels
Carrier delays can occasionally occur during peak periods, bank holidays or severe weather. If your order has not arrived within 25 business days of dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
Incorrect Address
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible — we can update the address if the order has not yet been dispatched.
Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched by emailing support@dunnezaventures.com with your order number. You will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
